Refund & Return Policy

Every order is made for the individual customer: Alwa7 does not sell ready-made artwork. Each artwork is produced specifically for its customer according to the approved size, finish, frame colour, and confirmed specifications.

Our commitment to quality and beauty: Alwa7 produces every artwork to the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and craftsmanship—from printing accuracy and material quality to finishing and protective packaging. The artwork is covered when there is a verified printing, production, or finishing quality issue, when it arrives damaged, or when it differs from the confirmed specifications. Once verified, we will provide repair, replacement, or a full refund depending on the issue.

What the guarantee does not cover: The guarantee and refund policy do not cover an unsuitable size or colour chosen and approved by the customer, including when that choice does not suit the intended space or décor.

Reporting damage or a quality issue: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to help us document transit damage or quality issues promptly, and provide clear photos of the artwork, packaging, shipping label, and a description of the issue. Do not return the artwork before receiving our instructions. Alwa7 covers the necessary remedy costs for verified damage, defects, or non-conformity, without limiting the customer’s statutory rights.

Cancellation after production starts: Cancellation may be requested within 12 hours of confirmation unless production has already started. After the specifications are approved and printing, stretching, or framing begins, a change of mind or an unsuitable customer-selected size or colour does not entitle the customer to a refund, because materials have been committed and the order is made specifically for that customer. Any exception requires Alwa7’s written approval and depends on the production stage and costs already incurred. This does not limit remedies for verified defects, delivery damage, non-conformity with approved specifications, or Alwa7’s inability to fulfil the order.

30% confirmation payment: When staged payment is selected, the 30% payment confirms the order, reserves materials, and starts production. It is non-refundable when the customer cancels after production has started due to a change of mind, personal reasons, or an unsuitable customer-selected size or colour. Refund and guarantee remedies remain available when cancellation is accepted before production, Alwa7 cannot fulfil the order, or a verified defect, delivery damage, or non-conformity exists, subject to the customer’s statutory rights.

Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after verification. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
