Made-to-Order Artwork
The artwork may be adapted to preserve its composition within the dimensions you select. An order becomes made-to-order once its size, colour or any other bespoke specification has been approved.
Colour & Appearance
We take great care to reproduce every artwork with exceptional colour accuracy, material quality and finish. Minor differences may still occur between an on-screen image and the finished piece because displays, lighting and materials render colour differently. Frame tones may also shift subtly under different lighting. These limited, natural variations are characteristics of the viewing medium rather than defects in the artwork.
Pricing, Payment & Cancellation
The final price, transaction currency and delivery charge are shown before payment. If staged payment is selected, the initial 30% confirms the order and authorises production; it is not payment in full. The balance becomes due once the artwork is ready and must be settled before delivery or installation. Because each piece is made to order, a change of mind or an unsuitable customer-approved size or colour does not qualify for cancellation or refund once production has begun. This does not affect remedies for a verified defect, transit damage, non-conformity with approved specifications or Alwa7’s inability to fulfil the order. Delivery or installation is charged with the final balance. Any import duty, tax or customs-clearance fee imposed at destination is payable by the customer or recipient.
Shipping & Receipt
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers or customs. Please provide accurate address details, inspect the packaging on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
Artwork Rights
Your purchase transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Reproduction and commercial-use rights remain reserved unless agreed otherwise in writing.
