& Delivery
Production time and delivery cost depend on the artwork’s dimensions, finish and destination. For supported destinations, the delivery charge is shown before payment.
Crafting
Production typically takes 7–10 days, depending on the artwork’s dimensions, finish and current studio schedule. This applies to floating-frame, stretched-canvas and rolled-canvas orders. The lead time begins once the specifications are confirmed and the deposit or full payment succeeds. Any remaining balance must be settled before delivery or installation.
International Delivery Charges
Standard is the default, with Express available through Bahrain Post. GCC and other supported destinations use postal tariffs and estimated weight with a 20% packaging allowance and 10% margin, rounded up. Standard uses a 25 kg parcel calculation limit with separate roll and tube estimates; Express uses 500 g tariff steps and a 20 kg parcel limit after rounding weight up. The shipment-wide minimum for either service is BHD 12, SAR 120, AED 120, QAR 120 or OMR 12; other currencies use the configured conversion and rounding. Our team checks actual dimensions and packaging before dispatch. Destination duties, taxes and clearance fees are not included.
Estimated Transit Time
In Bahrain, delivery starts after production is complete and payment is settled. GCC: Express approximately 3 business days, Standard approximately 6. Other Arab countries, Europe and the India/Pakistan group: Express approximately 5 business days, Standard approximately 10. Americas, East Asia, Australia and Africa: Express approximately 8 business days, Standard approximately 15. Times depend on the selected destination. These are transit estimates after production, not statistical averages or guaranteed delivery dates, and customs may cause delays.
Address & Receipt
Please ensure the recipient name, telephone number and address are accurate. Additional shipping charges may apply if delivery fails because the information supplied is incorrect or the parcel is not accepted.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Inspect and retain the packaging on delivery. If the artwork is damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photographs of the piece, packaging and shipping label so our team can take the matter up with the carrier.
