01Payment Options & Cancellation
You may pay in full or choose a two-stage plan with a 30% deposit. The deposit is calculated from the discounted artwork subtotal and authorises production. The remaining balance is due once the artwork is ready and before delivery or installation. Because each piece is made to order, payments are not refundable for a change of mind or another personal reason once approved production has begun. Alwa7 may agree to an exception in writing, depending on the production stage and costs already incurred. This does not limit your statutory rights in the event of a verified defect, transit damage, non-conformity with the approved specifications or Alwa7’s inability to fulfil the order.
02Delivery Charges & Duties
The delivery charge is itemised or confirmed before payment. Any duty, tax or customs-clearance fee imposed at destination is payable in full by the customer or recipient and is not included in the order value or delivery charge.
03Currency
The transaction currency is clearly shown on the payment page or secure payment link. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate or fee when paying in another currency.
04Payment Methods
Available methods depend on the destination and payment page and may include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, mada, KNET and BenefitPay where supported.
05Payment Security
Card details are handled by an authorised payment gateway on its secure payment page. Alwa7 does not store your full card number or security code.
06Payment Confirmation
After a successful payment, you will receive confirmation or we will contact you to confirm the production details. A temporary card authorisation does not constitute a completed order if the payment provider reports that the transaction did not succeed.
07Refunds
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method under our Returns & Refunds. Your bank may require additional time to post the funds.
